Routine Servicing
Every 7,000–8,000 km, hybrid vehicles require minor servicing, while major servicing is due every 40,000 km. Neglecting service intervals can lead to severe operational issues.
Chassis Diagnostics
Hybrid owners frequently report strange driving noises: hums, squeaks, or rattles. Running chassis diagnostics pinpoints the exact noise source.
Computer Diagnostics
Dashboard warning lights like Check Hybrid System, warning triangles, IMA, ABS, or VSC may light up. Our technicians perform computer diagnostics to trace the underlying fault.
High-Voltage Battery (HV) Repair
If your hybrid fails to start or displays a Check Hybrid System warning, high-voltage battery issues are likely. Depending on defect severity, we repair or replace HV battery packs.
Inverter Replacement
Inverters fail for various reasons: coolant pump failure or engine overheating, often caused by dirty radiators.
Other Services
Whether facing AC issues, electrical wiring faults, non-starting engines, strange noises, or other defects, we resolve problems swiftly to return your vehicle promptly.
Timely Routine Servicing
1) Operating fluids and hybrid parts have defined service lives. Failure to replace them on schedule impairs functionality, leading to defects.
2) Internal parts (injectors, radiators, etc.) require periodic cleaning to avoid costly repairs. For instance, radiator cleaning at our shop costs from 50 euros, whereas inverter replacement (which can burn out from engine overheating) costs tenfold more.
3) Routine servicing exposes hidden issues like oil leaks between the engine and transmission (e.g., failed rear main seal), allowing early intervention.
Start Vehicle Regularly
If planning extended trips or leaving your hybrid idle, ensure the vehicle is started periodically. Otherwise, the high-voltage (HV) battery may discharge.
Pay Attention to Warning Lights
Owners often ignore lit warning indicators or repeatedly disconnect battery terminals to clear them. This practice can worsen underlying issues into major, costly repairs.
